Dr Cu-Uvin is an attending physician at the Miriam Hospital/Brown University specializing in HIV medicine. She served as the Director of the Miriam Immunology Center for 10 years and is currently the Director of the Brown Global Health Initiative. In addition to her clinical duties, Dr Cu-Uvin teaches courses on HIV and sexually transmitted diseases and mentors students, residents, and fellows on HIV-related research. Her research interests include HIV and women, HIV in the female genital tract, and anogenital HPV infection.
