Current Professional Summary

Dr Cunningham is an attending physician at Montefiore Medical Center, and cares for predominantly HIV-infected substance users. She is a co-founder and the Director of the CitiWide Health Services Program, which serves hundreds of HIV-infected marginalized individuals in the Bronx and Harlem, NY. She is faculty of the social and primary care internal medicine residency programs, and directs a course on homeless medicine. Her research interests include HIV and substance abuse, the development and evaluation of health care programs, and health services of marginalized populations.
