Dr Walker is a Professor of Medicine and Director of the Division of AIDS at Harvard Medical School. He is also a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Investigator; Director of the Partners AIDS Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston; and Professor of Medicine at Nelson Mandela School of Medicine at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa.
