On one side, you will find easy-to-read information on when to initiate antiretroviral therapy, selection of initial regimens, patient monitoring, when to change therapy, and what regimens to use when changing. The opposite side contains a current (as of Nov 2011) list of mutations associated with clinical resistance to HIV and the accompanying user notes.
