As part of our evolving mission to address viruses in addition to HIV, the IAS–USA has created both a full-day CME course and an intensive new workshop series to focus on new research in preparation for emerging management strategies in viral hepatitis infections and the opportunity to learn from experts, discuss your own clinical cases, and contribute your own expertise.

An IAS–USA State-Of-The-Art Clinical Conference
Management of Hepatitis C Virus in the New Era: Small Molecules Bring Big Changes

This full-day course will focus on hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Rapid advances in treatment are expected with the introduction of direct-acting antivirals (DAAs) to the HCV treatment paradigm. Studies project a large increase in the number of patients requiring HCV treatment in the near future, and we are entering an exciting new era in HCV care. We invite clinicians who are expert in the complexities of HIV antiretroviral management to join their hepatology and gastroenterology colleagues in providing care for these patients.
