The 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE Will Be Fully Virtual

Due to the rapid rise of COVID-19 delta variant infections, we have come to the difficult decision that it is unsafe and impractical to have the in-person component of the 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE. Our first and foremost concern is to ensure our attendees’ health and safety and decided the safest option is to only have the virtual component of the conference. The conference dates will remain the same and the updated agenda, including the updated conference hours, is available on the IAS–USA website under the 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE activity page.

If you registered to attend in person, we will convert your in-person registration to virtual, and you will receive an updated confirmation email from our registration system in the next week or so.

Hotel and Travel

If you made a reservation with the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation and email you a cancellation confirmation. If you made other travel arrangements, please cancel them.

Virtual Platform

Approximately 1 week before the conference starts, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the virtual platform.

Thank you for your understanding in this time of uncertainty as we continue to face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are disappointed that we will not be able to meet in person this year, but we will work to deliver the same quality of content as always and look forward to the next time we can meet face-to-face.
