In Memoriam: Latesha Elopre, MD, MSPH

The IAS–USA is deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected passing of Latesha Elopre, MD, a dedicated young physician and promising member of our Core Faculty. Her contributions to the study of infectious diseases and HIV prevention among vulnerable populations leave a lasting impact. Dr Elopre will be deeply missed and remembered for her dedication and contributions to the field of HIV medicine.

To honor her memory, her friends have set up a GoFundMe to support her beloved children Jacob (13) and Gabrielle ‘Gigi’ (8).
