A. Both CAB and clopidogrel are UGT1A1 substrates, so levels of both agents may increase

B. LEN is a moderate CYP3A inducer and may increase plasma concentrations of clopidogrel

C. LEN is a moderate CYP3A inhibitor and may increase plasma concentrations of clopidogrel

D. Clopidogrel is a strong UGT1A1 inhibitor, and plasma levels of both LEN and CAB may increase
