You should have received an email from “NYU Campus Safety” or “Veoci”.  If you’re not seeing that email, please check your spam.

  1. Please enter first name, last name, and answer No to having a NetID
  2. Enter your email address (use the email address this message was sent to)
  3. Press ENTER on your keyboard.
  4. Wait for 15 seconds (Important)
  5. Scroll down.
  6. Then click on the Type of Action box
  7. Click on Upload Vaccination Proof.
  8. First enter details about the primary vaccine series (not the booster.)
  9. Upload your documentation.
  10. Enter details about the booster.
  11. Upload your documentation. If it’s the same as the first document; upload it again. (yes, a second time)
  12. Click on I am Not a Robot
  13. Press Submit

Please note that the verification process can take up to 5 business days, so we recommend that you complete this ASAP.

After your documents have been approved, please make sure you can access the daily screener on your phone by going to:  https://nyu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_ePNv0eXvGWgCxkq?.

You will need to show the green “PASS” screen to enter the building – we recommend completing this at home and taking a screenshot of the pass.  The daily screener must be completed each day you’re on campus.  If you are not able to access the daily screener on your phone, please bring your proof of vaccination documents with you as back up.
