The 2020 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program CLINICAL CONFERENCE

How To Log In To the CLINICAL CONFERENCE Platform

A link to the CLINICAL CONFERENCE Virtual Platform (https://rwclinical2020.psav.live), along with your username and password was sent to attendees on August 5 from mobilesolutions@psav.live. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the email is re-directed there.

This Platform works best on Google Chrome browsers and applications.

Preactivity Assessment and Evaluations

Yes, here is the link to the preactivity assessment – https://www.proprofs.com/quiz-school/story.php?title=2020-ryan-white-clinical-conference-preactivity-knowledge-and-practice-assessment84.

Take a few moments to complete the preactivity assessment about your knowledge and practice in HIV management. The data we collect from this assessment will help us measure the educational outcomes of this activity for CME purposes. Complete the preactivity assessment by Sunday, August 9, before 10:00 AM ET.

The daily evaluations appear on the Platform at the start of each day. A link to the overall evaluation and path to claiming credits will appear on the Platform on the last day of the conference.

Webcasts

Most sessions will be available as on-demand webcast after the conference on www.iasusa.org.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Registration

If you registered for the National Ryan White Conference first and indicated on their registration form that you plan to attend the CLINICAL CONFERENCE, you were not registered for both.  You still needed to register for the CLINICAL CONFERENCE on the IAS–USA website. There were two paths for registration, one for the National Ryan White Conference and one for the CLINICAL CONFERENCE (separate organizers, separate registration forms and sites).

We’re sorry but registration closed on July 24 and there is no wait list.

If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us by e-mail at registration@iasusa.org or by phone at 415-544-9400 during regular business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time.

Meet-the-Expert Breakout Sessions

We’re sorry but registration for the breakout sessions closed on July 24.

All breakout sessions attendees have been preprogrammed to their virtual session “rooms.” Changing sessions is not possible at this point.
