The 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE is for primary clinical care decision makers in Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP)-funded clinics and programs (specifically for in part A, B, C, and D). If your description does not fit those criteria, your application will be declined. If you feel your application was declined in error or due to lack of information provided on your application, please submit additional information to support your attendance to email@example.com.
An announcement was made on August 25 that, due to the rapid rise of COVID-19 delta variant infections, we have come to the difficult decision that it is unsafe and impractical to have the in-person component of the 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE. Our first and foremost concern is to ensure our attendees’ health and safety and decided the safest option is to only have the virtual component of the conference. The conference dates will remain the same and the updated agenda, including the updated conference hours, is available on the IAS–USA website under the 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE activity page.
We will convert your in-person registration to virtual, and you will receive an updated confirmation email from our registration system in the next week or so.
Break-out sessions will also be virtual. If you have not signed up for a break-out session, please do so soon by using the link provided in your approval email notification. The break-out sessions are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are filling up fast.
