An announcement was made on August 25 that, due to the rapid rise of COVID-19 delta variant infections, we have come to the difficult decision that it is unsafe and impractical to have the in-person component of the 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE. Our first and foremost concern is to ensure our attendees’ health and safety and decided the safest option is to only have the virtual component of the conference. The conference dates will remain the same and the updated agenda, including the updated conference hours, is available on the IAS–USA website under the 2021 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE activity page.

We will convert your in-person registration to virtual, and you will receive an updated confirmation email from our registration system in the next week or so.

Break-out sessions will also be virtual. If you have not signed up for a break-out session, please do so soon by using the link provided in your approval email notification. The break-out sessions are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are filling up fast.

If you made a reservation with the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, the hotel will automatically cancel your reservation and email you a cancellation confirmation. If you made other travel arrangements, please cancel them.

If you still need to be in San Francisco and need a hotel room, you can rebook at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco by calling 415-326-4474.
