Conference Resources
Thank you for participating in the 2025 RWHAP CLINICAL CONFERENCE in Washington, DC. Attendees of the CLINICAL CONFERENCE are expected to provide updates to their clinical staff and colleagues who were unable to attend.
A key element of the CLINICAL CONFERENCE and integral to HRSA’s commitment to supporting clinicians is that participants from RWHAP-funded clinics or programs are expected to provide relevant updates and training to their clinical colleagues who were unable to attend the conference. Attendees have access to the PowerPoint Slide Training Guide, which includes presentation slides from each general session lecture and case-based panel discussion. These slides are provided as an educational resource to support local update presentations, staff training, and other educational meetings. Each slide set reflects the final, HRSA-cleared presentation delivered during the conference and may not be altered.
The Slide Training Guide is designed as a standalone, modular educational resource and is available for download in full or by individual lecture, allowing users to access and use the materials offline and select content most relevant to their educational needs. In addition, on-demand video recordings are available to rewatch presentations and catch up on any missed ones. A suggested slide template and citation guidance are included to support appropriate use of the materials when developing update presentations. The Slide Training Guide Introduction Slides give background information about CLINICAL CONFERENCE attendees.
Pre- and post-test questions associated with each presentation are included in the appendix of each presentation. Users are encouraged to incorporate these questions before and after their local update sessions to assess knowledge, reinforce key learning points, and help measure educational outcomes.
On-demand access to recorded sessions is available as an enduring activity and is eligible for continuing education credit. Please share information about the on-demand enduring activity with colleagues who were unable to attend the live conference. Details regarding access, credit types, and applicable fees are available on the conference website.
The Slide Training Guide and associated on-demand materials are developed and distributed by IAS–USA and are supported through funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
